1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including studio owners, their team members, and any users they invite.

2. Description of Service

Sisiona is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps photography and videography studios manage their business in one connected system, including leads/enquiries, quotations, bookings, clients, packages, invoices and payment tracking, projects and project stages, team and tasks, calendar, galleries with photo/video upload, a client portal for photo selection, reports, and delivery workflows. The Service may also offer optional features such as additional storage, WhatsApp-ready workflows, and an AI assistant. We may add, modify, or discontinue features over time.

3. Accounts and Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including actions by team members you invite.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions, Plans, Payments, and Taxes

• The Service is offered on subscription plans, and additional paid add-ons (such as extra storage or messaging) may be available.
• Plan inclusions, fees, and billing cycles are shown at the point of purchase and may be updated with reasonable notice.
• Fees are billed in advance and processed through our third-party payment gateway. You authorize us and the gateway to charge the applicable amounts.
• Applicable taxes (such as GST) may be added where required by law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Upload, store, or share content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, or violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or message your clients without their consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.

6. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the data and media you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Sisiona a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content, for backing up important data, and for obtaining any consents required from your own clients.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Sisiona and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or logos without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (cloud hosting, cloud storage, payment gateways, and the WhatsApp Business Platform). Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sisiona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
